Centerline provides pick-up service at the Cruise Ship Dock. Our shuttle will pick you up near the Frederiksted Pier and take you to our Mid-Island - La Reine office.

Pick-Up: Our shuttle will arrive at 9am and will depart for the rental car office promptly at 9:30am.

Drop-Off: In order to make it back to the cruise ship in time for departure, plan to arrive at our Mid-Island – La Reine office 60 minutes prior to the time you are expected to board, no later than 3:30pm. Please coordinate this time with your rental agent at pick-up.

Car Rental at Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort

Centerline Car Rentals is pleased to partner with Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort to bring you the option of picking up from one of our three locations or requesting pick up service* from the hotel property after your arrival. Guests of ​Divi can use the above reservation form to book online or contact our Mid-Island – La Reine location directly at 340-692-2525.

* Centerline will pick you up and take you to our Mid-Island rental office.

IMPORTANT:

  • Pick-up is available between 9am and 4pm.
  • A rental agent will contact you by phone/text to confirm pick-up before your reservation.

Rental Car Policies

Centerline’s comprehensive rental agreement will be completed with a rental agent upon pick-up, prior to receiving keys. Below are a few noteworthy policies (please see our FAQs for more details about renting with Centerline).

  • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent a vehicle.
  • The name on the credit/debit card used must match the name on the driver’s license at check-in.
  • There is a deposit held on your credit or debit card when you pick up your rental. Please refer to our FAQs for our credit and debit card policies.
  • The customer is responsible for flat tires and tires that are damaged, as well as all traffic violation fees.
  • The rental contract and all Collision Damage Waiver protection is void if the vehicle is driven while the operator is intoxicated or if it is driven off-road.

We don’t want to toot our own horn, so we’ll let our customers do that for us!

Service is prompt and friendly; cars are clean and ready on arrival. We have been doing business with Centerline Car Rentals for over 25 years – no issues and happy guests!
