Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By submitting this inquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions of the Centerline Car Rentals Affiliate Program.
To be eligible to join the affiliate program, you must agree to the affiliate program terms and conditions, be at least 18 years old and have a functioning website.
An affiliate’s main role is to operate as a marketing promoter of Centerline Car Rentals LLC (“Centerline”), and to introduce potential customers to the website using the provided affiliate link. The affiliate is allowed to use their affiliate link on their website and refer potential customers to Centerline, complying with all laws of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you.
Affiliate’s may not offer discount codes to their referrals. If a potential affiliate has a discount code with Centerline, they must choose between the Affiliate Program and offering a special discount to their customers. If an affiliate is found to be promoting both an affiliate link and a discount code, the affiliate link will be immediately suspended and any reservations made up to that point will be reviewed for abuse.
An affiliate’s referrals are tracked solely by the provided affiliate link. No exception will be made for reservations claimed to be made due to a referral, but did not come through the affiliate link.
A commission rate of 5% of the rental rate (taxes and fees excluded) will be paid once a month after rental reservations referred by the affiliate are closed. Timing of commission processing is at the discretion of Centerline.
Centerline may terminate or suspend an affiliate link at any time without prior notice if fraud or abuse is suspected, or for any reason at all at the sole discretion of Centerline.
The Affiliate Program is provided on an “as is” basis. In no event shall Centerline be liable for any indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business opportunities.
