AIRPORT TERMINAL RENTAL CAR PICK-UP

Our Airport rental car counter is located right at the terminal to make your arrival as easy as possible. Check-in with our friendly staff, pick-up your bags, and you’ll be cruising around paradise in no time. If you prefer to not drive right out of the gates, Centerline is also able to pick you up from your hotel or vacation rental on St. Croix — contact our Mid-Island location to inquire!

AIRPORT RENTAL CAR RETURN

Rental Car Returns are located on the drive just west of the Airport. Our eco-friendly facility is the first building (light blue) on your right once you have entered the Rental Car Return drive. We offer a complimentary shuttle to the Airport terminal for your convenience. If you have more than two people in your group and/or a lot of luggage, you may consider dropping your group and luggage off at the terminal before returning your rental vehicle.

** There is a key drop at the Terminal Rental Counter inside the Airport that should only be used if the Rental Car Return Office and Terminal Rental Counter are closed. Please leave your vehicle in a designated Centerline parking space.

We recently traveled to St.Croix and rented a car from Centerline. We had a terrific experience with the process. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful and the car was great. We will definitely rent from Centerline again if we ever return to St Croix.

Very efficient! No long waits and extremely flexible on which of their three locations to pick up or return a car. I moved here with six large bags, three large carryons, two friends, and a large cat. Centerline helped me find a vehicle that would fit all of us and then swap it out the next day at a more convenient location for a small long term rental. Complicated, but they made it easy as pie.

I have used Centerline a few times now and have been very happy with reservation ease. Centerline staff both for pickup and return have been helpful and efficient. I had a Nissan Versa which was very clean and in great shape. I have used others a few times as well, but after trying Centerline, I would definitely stick with Centerline in the future.

We recently traveled to St.Croix and rented a car from Centerline. It was a terrific experience. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful and the car was great. Horrible customer service, the supervisor was rude and dismissive about not having the minivan we reserved. They "upgraded" us to a Nissan Pathfinder that our family of 7 could barely squeeze into. Made our vacation travel very uncomfortable.

If you have a reservation and are flying in late, please contact our office in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. My wife and I booked our trip to St. Croix at the last minute and were not disappointed. Centerline accommodated us after we realize that you need a car to get around. I called up and asked for a jeep. I was told that it would be ready the next day. I was called on the phone and asked if I was picking up or dropping off. Centerline car rental picked us up at the hotel with no issues and in a nice vehicle. Overall service was fantastic. I highly recommend renting from Centerline as I know we will when opportunity presents itself.

I brought two separate groups to St Croix this year for yoga retreats and we rented all our vehicles through Centerline. We experienced 5 different rental vehicles in 2 weeks and all of them were great. Denise at the Christiansted office was WONDERFUL and I really appreciated all her help!

A few tips for Centerline customers:

- Reserve your car EARLY during high season as they do fill up
- Try not to get sunscreen all over the seats - use a towel
- If you're exploring around the island, I *highly* recommend a truck or SUV since a lot of roads are pretty rustic
- The rental line at the airport is always a million miles long - if you can get to the Christiansted office, you will have a much faster experience.
- Driving on the left is not as scary as you think!!

I'll definitely continue using this company for future trips to the island and I can't wait to come back. Extra thanks to Denise for putting up with all my shenanigans and always having a smile!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We picked up the jeep in Christiansted and returned it to the airport. Car was spotless and we went over scratches/dents thoroughly beforehand. Drop off was easy and quick, with a great shuttle driver to take us to the airport. If only DHS/TSA was run as efficiently! (i.e., leave yourself a lot of time at the airport!)

We had a great experience with this car rental company. The shuttle service to and from our location was very convenient, and the shuttle itself was easy to recognize, which made the pickup simple and stress-free.

Once we arrived, picking up the car was a seamless process. The staff were friendly and efficient, and when we needed to add an additional driver at the last minute, they handled it quickly and without any hassle.

The car was clean and ready to go, and it was especially convenient that there was a gas station right beside the rental location for refueling before returning the vehicle.

Overall, everything about the experience was smooth and easy. Friendly staff, great service, and a very convenient setup. We would definitely use them again. 🚗

We arrived on a cruise. They shuttled us from and back to the Fredrickstead pier. Process was very easy and the staff was very friendly. Would do it again and highly recommend them.

My car rental experience was very disappointing as I was given a car with significant front end damage and not just a rattle but complete bouncing vibration at any speed over 35. Additionally, I realized a few hours after renting during that. Having only driven from center line to good Hope country Day school That I was rented a car with a slow leak in the back left tire and was forced to change it the surly response I got from the agent upon dropping off my car was extremely disappointing. I recommend you avoid renting from center line unless you must.
